[CALIBK12] TA Request form info needed

[Devers, April]

Our VP has made a new request form for TA¹s ­ he wants us to include answers
to the following:

1. What will the academic component of your T.A. Position look like?
2. List any special skills or abilities you believe your T.A. should
possess. 
3. How will your T.A. Be assessed for grading purposes?

If you have any great answers or suggestions for any of the above questions
that I can add to my request I would appreciate it:)
