[CALIBK12] Damaged Books

I am interested in hearing your policies regarding damaged, but still
usable books (you know, the ones that look like the edges are chewed).
Our library is still full of new books and I want to establish a fine
system to deter students from ripping pages and pulling off my barcodes.
Arrgh.
