Deb,
Thank you for your generosity in sharing these materials! I have looked at them and they are wonderful. I have made similar forms, but these are a great improvement over my own!

CAlibbers;
            I want to thank Marie for using these materials.
            Anyone can download the citation forms from my web-blog at http://theresearchprocess.blogspot.com<http://theresearchprocess.blogspot.com/>.
            Scroll to the "Sources" section for the instructional PowerPoints on sources and citation forms.
            Just a quick note that I use these forms for citation instruction so that students can directly engage a source and actually learn the order and punctuation of each MLA item in a citation. I only use online citation makers when the students have experience citing sources.
                        Happy citing!
                        Deb

I use Deb Staney's works cited slips (coupons) with my HS students! They work wonders in helping students locate information and do the punctuation. I've put her slips on my website with Deb's permission at http://www.ilovelibraries.com/mla_works_cited.html

I am showing fourth graders how to create a bibliography using easybib. Since they don't have email accounts I simply had the first group copy and paste from easybib into a Word document and print. Even though I wrote out a step by step tutorial it was a lot of "steps" for them to follow. Does anyone have an easier idea or way of showing them how to site various soures?
