[CALIBK12] 21st century skills "message" update

On Sunday, I posted a link to the "draft" VoiceThread "message" the  
LVUSD teacher librarians developed as an advocacy effort for our  
teachers, staff, admin, and Board of Ed about 21st century skills, and  
asked for group input and feedback. We appreciate the great feedback  
we received! We finalized the VoiceThread today as best we could and I  
sent out an an email to our district staff and Board of Ed inviting  
them to view it. I promised to send another post to CALIB and LM_NET

Please feel free to adapt it for your own district if you like and  
certainly do give us any feedback you have for future revisions.
