[CALIBK12] sci fi short story for everett ms

Hi Ren,

 

I am familiar with Everett MS, used to be a bilingual classroom teacher at
Fairmount Elementary and Edison.  If I were there, I would find a 5 to 6
page excerpt from any of the sci fi series Uglies, Pretties, Specials,
Extras by Scott Westerfeld.  Strong female characters, powerful
anti-authoritarian theme, lots of action, characters in chase scenes on
'hoverboards' that fly - instead of skateboards.  Extremely popular
countrywide, and here at Riverview; I can't keep the copies in the library.
