Here is the list of "fun and educational" sites that I compiled and
shared with our teachers. Everyone loves "Free Rice;" and Filamentality

Subject: [CALIBK12] seeking computer games for ELL students (high
school)

I have a number of high school English Learners, newcomers and
beginners, (Spanish and Creole) who hang out in the library and have
been seduced by the computers. I would like to find them some engaging,
fun, educational on-line games. They are tired of the crossword puzzles
and word-finds I came up with-too classroom-like. Any ideas out there?
Thanks.
