[CALIBK12] State Budget Cuts - Please consider writing today

I certainly second what Jane has advocated! Here is my two-cents: 
ELIMINATE BTSA! This is a completely useless program for teachers who 
have already gone through a rigorous credential program. Please urge 
your legislators to dump BTSA ASAP!
