Excellent suggestion. Many of our lawmakers are creating alternative
email addresses that they spend more time on than the official ones,
mostly a result of mass email messages being sent by groups that just
add names. And they believe, in many cases correctly, that a snail mail
message was more thought out than an email. But don't stop the emails if
that is the only way you'll get it done:)

	I am on our district's Teachers Advisory Council. We meet with
the superintendent and discuss issues that are not covered in the
contract. We heard that many emails to our representatives in government
positions are not being counted. We were advised to write via snail mail
and we would be heard. I can only pass along what I heard, but I have a
lot of confidence in the sources.
