Not so far, I have earphone loss, but I think I am going to handle that by purchasing a supply from follett and charging a buck if they don't own their own headphones.
The battery covers are not covered by the warrenty, but you might try contacting the company that manufactures them directly http://store.playawaydigital.com/ You can also call them between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday at:+1.440.893.0808+1.877.893.0808
They might send you a couple free or for a small fee.
Then, might I suggest the old thumbscrew threat???....no I guess not.
