[CALIBK12] Open a book open your mind

Years ago I seem to recall that there was a reading theme, "Open A Book, Open Your Mind" which used a graphic with a person head open at the top with books floating above the head.  At the time we purchased a blue banner with white graphics.  

We have adopted this theme for this year's "I Love Reading" Month and I would love to find a poster and/or bookmarks to fit the theme.  If you know of a source please let me know off list.  Thank you.
