More parents restrict TV accessAbout 47% of parents set multiple TV
rules for teens in 2004, including setting time and programming limits,
compared to 40% in 1994, according to a new national study. Some 71% of
6- to 11-year-olds had such limits in 2004 compared to 60% in the
