Library Automation perceptionWith company mergers, library systems have
been impacted significantly. An international survey results indicate
major differences in satisfaction in the products and companies from
which libraries acquire their automation systems. Dissatisfaction and
concern prevail, yet some companies maintain exceptional levels of
