[CALIBK12] AASL new standards and research study

I took the time to read the research study that David Loertscher suggested
we read. It is interesting reading. Their accompanying website at
http://www.jisc.ac.uk/ is equally useful, including various podcasts on
topics of the study.
In addition to what is happening "across the pond", there has been
considerable discussion in the blogosphere about the new AASL Information
Literacy Standards. When you get a chance, you can catch up by clicking on
