First, I think it' would be great to use the subject prefixes that
LM-NET uses. A few people may use them. I will add them to the
instructions at the list information page which is calibk12.net. Note
that I did not insert a clickable link. Read on and you will see why
this is important

School filters vary greatly. Almost everyone who uses their school email
system to receive CALIB messages will miss some of the messages. The
main reasons for rejection are:
1. some filters pick these up as bulk mail. If the tech folks at your
district put lists at sjsu.edu on the safe domain list it will help
2. too many people copied, especially in the CC and BCC fields. make it
a message to calibk12 at lists.sjsu.edu only for best results.
3. links inside the message. Some messages are automatically rejected
because of internal links. Note that I am avoiding them here.
4. Words in the message, especially in the subject. Note that I am
avoiding certain words here.
5. email format. sometimes html mail is filtered out. Use plain text if
you want to get to everyone.

Now I will see if this one gets through.
