[CALIBK12] Books about playground inclusion (playing together)

For Chapman Hills, I purchased a paperback called Bullies are a Pain in the
Brain by Trevor Romain.  (A CD with the same title is also available.)  I
think it has a lot of good, practical ideas to help kids deal with bullies.
