 Hello Heather and everyone else.
As filters get more and more "sophisticated" They detect things that
used to get through. Yahoo seems to have changed their filter recently.

First, here is the message I send to you if you are using school email
and it is blocked:

Some of your messages from CALIBK12 are being blocked. This will cause
your subscription to be disabled. Please ask your network administrator
to put lists.sjsu.edu on the safe domain list - this should help. If you
have questions, please contact George Pilling.

Second,
The list address to send messages to is calibk12 at lists.sjsu.edu. The old
one many still use does work though.
Messages come from calibk12-bounces at lists.sjsu.edu Put this in your
address book and on any safe list you can find.

Third, the main reason messages go into bulk or spam folders are because
of multiple addresses in the To, Cc and Bcc boxes. If you are sending
messages to CALIB, use calibk12 at lists.sjsu.edu only - no other
addresses.

Fourth, another reason messages are considered spam is that they have
words that trigger it, attachments, or links.
Before sending a message to CALIB, change to plain text and do not use
stationery. Offer to send attachments only to people who want them.
Change all links to non links adding spaces after www . Remove the
message you are replying to and all other info past your message.
This is a huge pain, and it may not work. But it's all we can do.
