Librarians have used technology for years, but with the Internet and more widely used and affordable laptops, we have become technology hubs, hybrid classrooms, and electronic social hangouts (in addition to traditional library functions). 

As we brainstorm about the overall administrative structure of our under construction Academic Resource Center (which unites two separate Departments, Library and Technology), your answers will be most helpful; in return, I will summarize your answers and post them on the list.
