[CALIBK12] HS: Novel Sets/ Core Novels Cataloging?

Those of you who have sets of novels for English classes- how do you catalog
them? Are they barcoded as textbooks or library books? What type of spine
labels do you put on them? We are finally joining the 1990's and barcoding
our textbooks, so Core Novel Sets are the next in line. Your advice is
appreciated.
