[CALIBK12] need evaluation info

Hi all,

 

I am in need of a "teacher librarian" specific evaluation tool which could
be used by the administration to evaluate job performance.  I am looking for
something that has been approved by your teachers association as acceptable
and provides for positive and constructive evaluation.  I have started my
own version using the CSLA standards and guidelines, but I want to compare
what I am working on with a "union approved" document.
