Hi all,
 
I just wanted to give everyone a heads up about my former job, which should  
be posted on Ed-Join anytime now.  I am leaving to accept a job closer to  
home with wonderful, new challenges and a partner librarian.
 
The available job is at Armijo High School in Fairfield.  Although the  
physical building is older, the collection is amazing!  There are some  amazing 
teachers at Armijo who are very devoted the working with the teacher  librarian, 
and an International Baccalaureate program, which has sent students  to 
amazing colleges, like Harvard, Stanford,  and of the UC's. You  will have an 
extremely supportive network of librarians throughout the district,  including a 
district library coordinator who adores books and libraries.   The district is 
very financially solvent, no small things these days as those of  us who have 
been "downsized" can attest to.
