[CALIBK12] OT: State awarded grants - California only

I have a teacher who is looking for the following information:

"I was wondering if there is a website that shows grant moneys alloted
to individuals.  In particular the name of the grants and who it was
awarded to as well as the amount.  I am assuming that since the moneys
are public funded, that there should be a listing of such information
somewhere especially if the money was granted by the state."

Does anyone know of a resource or resources that would have this type of
information for California? I am not sure where to even start looking.
