[CALIBK12] Destiny and scanners

Have any of you had problems with cordless scanners being compatible with Destiny?

We have 2 Metrologic cordless scanners purchased a year ago (before we had Destiny) that work perfectly with Destiny and at a long range. These were purchased from Raco Industries.

About 2 months ago, we purchased 2 more, supposedly the SAME MODEL, also from Raco Industries, and are having all kinds of problems with them. We've isolated one of the problems to the fact that the scanner communicates data to the computer faster than Destiny can accept it. I'm curious to know if others have had this problem.

I'm also interested in knowing if people who purchased their scanners from Follett are happy with them and feel they are worth the price.

Any thoughts?
