Libraries use many methods to assess how well they are meeting the
needs of the patrons they serve. One important measure is how the
collection is used. This course will provide step-by-step instructions
using Microsoft Excel to analyze data available from any library ILS.
Instruction will be given using Excel, but the actions can be done
with any readily available spreadsheet.
