We can't find any teacher-type materials for this novel, searching by one word or two -- it is one -- even though my asst. covered all the usual suspects, including Googling title and author, Spark and Cliff notes, pinkmonkey, score @sdcoe . . .)  On webEnglishteacher.com, there are lesson plans for a zillion of her other books and an author interview.  

Unfortunately, we don't have 40 c. of those titles or a teacher who wants to use them during summer school, but not without some assistance. . . . If you have any ideas or know anybody who has used the book, please pass on.  Any help would be much appreciated.
