[CALIBK12] Replacement for Johnny Tremain Movie for Fifth Grade/Syllogism

Calibbers,

Our fifth grade would like a movie as a culminating event, but Johnny
Tremain, which they have been watching for several years, is dated.
Any suggestions for an appropriate movie based on the Revolutionary War for
fifth grade?

On another note, an other fifth grade teacher is looking for a book to teach
syllogisms.  Any ideas?
