[CALIBK12] Funding ideas for Sacramento Legislators needed

In the past few weeks, there was a discussion about contacting our
representatives in Sacramento about the possibility of relaxing the
textbook budgets to allow purchases for school library books. I have
contacted my representative and he is asking for more specific
information. Can you help me collect suggestions for Sacramento. I
actually have someone listening! Ideas? Budget or legislation specific
data would help. Thanks for your collective help.
