Help!  I have a teacher who is trying to look up records of individuals that were awarded medals/honors for military service, specifically for a specific person who served in the army during the Vietnam War.  Rather than looking up one medal awardees at a time, is there a place to search for a person to see if he/she was awarded anything?  Any ideas where to search?
