[CALIBK12] Best free online calendar for class scheduling??

Anyone using a free online calendar that they love for library or lab scheduling?

I am looking for something that teachers can access and easily fill in themselves.

I have been using google calendar but it is a little cumbersome, as I have to pre-fill the class periods (make a sort of template) and then it is too easy for users to accidentally change the times and mess the whole thing up.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. There are so many options and I want to choose a tried and true calendar rather that have to switch after I find out the bugs and then confuse the staff.
