[CALIBK12] Good news for our library!

It's great to hear all this good news! Can you share more with all of
us about how your parcel taxes are written to ensure libraries are
protected to help districts that haven't been as wise so far. My
district (Las Virgenes USD) voted a year ago to renew our parcel tax
of $98 for eight more year, but apparently, while library services are
one of the items it can cover, it didn't guarantee that it must be
used for libraries or that it will be enough. In fact, we almost had
our jobs cut last spring and are bound to be in a position of
defending them agan in the budget talks this year.
Thanks!
