George,
Why don't we just stick then on the back of our business cards and hand those out?  It would be a great way to have contact info for members and there would be no question of  where they came from when counting.  If people don't have business cards, I'm sure they could improvise something that would serve the same purpose.

Wouldn't it be great if all subscribers to CALIB wore a sticker saying so at the conference? Well, now you can! Using a color printer and a sheet of address labels 3 columns by 10 rows, print the page that is here: http://www.calibk12.net/CALIBLABELS.pdf Use one for yourself at the conference. Give the other 29 to people you meet at the conference - but only if they are a subscriber. (ask them)
You can collect as many labels as you want. In fact, I am contemplating a prize for the person with the most labels. You are on your honor to get each label from a different person. On Sunday morning before the author brunch, find me and show me your collection. The prize will be something excellent, I am sure.
