Fresno Pacific University is planning to start its third online cohort for the Teacher Librarian Services Credential Program and/or Master's in School Library and Information Technology in the spring of 2009. For information on the program, see:

Full disclosure: I am both a student and an instructor in the program. That being said, I have been quite pleased with the student side of things. I believe others will be as well. By the way, be thankful to be in California. We are blessed with several quality programs. All are good choices, but each is unique. Discover which one works best for you.
