We have a biotechnology class here at Arcadia High School. We use the following book:
Biotechnology, Science for the New Millennium, by Ellyn Daugherty, ISBN 0763822825, EMC Corporation, c2007, and the Lab manual, ISBN 073829021.

Do any of your schools offer a bio-technology class (or something similar)?  Our bio-tech teacher is looking to change textbooks and is wondering what other schools use.
