[CALIBK12] CLAD certification requirements?

I called the Credential Commission in Sacramento last year about this  
issue. That dept. told me that TLs did NOT have to carry the CLAD.  
Since recently receiving another letter from LAUSD about renewing the  
emergency CLAD permit, I called the credentials people at LAUSD. They  
could not give me a concrete answer. Someone there said that even if  
the state doesn't require it, our school district might require it  
anyways. When I hear back from them with a definitive answer, I'll  
post it.
