[CALIBK12] CLAD certification requirements?

I concur with the prior posts.  CLAD or CTEL/CLAD Certification  is required of classroom teachers.  If for some reason one of us has to go back into the classroom due to budget cuts etc. a CLAD Certificate or CTEL/CLAD Certificate will be required.

Are California school librarians required to be CLAD certified?  What about LAUSD librarians?  

Do you know in LA where to take classes for this?
