[CALIBK12] Conference costs

Hi all,
I was wondering: who pays for your CSLA conference costs? Does your 
school pay for it all? Or registration only, and you personally pay for 
airfare, hotel, & meals? Or do you pay it all out of your own pocket? I 
would like to know if it is common for the district or school to pay for 
all expenses, or if most of you share the expense of attending CSLA with
