Thanks to those who responded to my google docs desperation. It's good to know I'm not alone. Things went much better with the class this morning. I feel prepared with answers to those who are having problems.

I have been trying to set a class up with google docs for their partner work on powerpoints. In theory its great. However, we are having a hard time. The first hurdle is figuring out the funny letters. that's a problem because they have to retype their password each time they write the wrong letters. It took me four tries. A number of kids can't get google to accept their verification through their personal email. I watched one student try alot. When he clicks on the document to be shared it says he must verify. He verifies, tries again and gets the same response. Have any of you had problems like this? Any answers? We are extremely frustrated. I was able to use it myself today with little problem.
