[CALIBK12] Query: Max. free-standing shelving ht.?

Dear Collective Calib Brain,

Can anyone direct me to the regulations regarding the maximum height for
free-standing library shelving?  I need some ammunition to counter the
redecorating a site administrator would like to do.
