[CALIBK12] Weeding the reference collection

I'm a brand new librarian (haven't even started yet!) and will be weeding
out our musty old reference collection as well.  I am also brand new to this
list serv so I'm not sure if I'm handling this correctly but...could you
forward the suggestions you get on to me?  And if there's another way I
should be handling this, please feel free to tell me!
