[CALIBK12] Query: databases for any school level

Dear Calib Friends,
 
To piggyback on Sue's request, I would appreciate information on which
database you would buy if you only had the money for one.  Please
indicate the level -- elementary, junior high/middle school, or high
school.

I work in a middle school library.  Our library has not purchased any
online databases. If you are in a middle school library and subscribe to
databases, please tell me which you would or wouldn't recommend and why.
Has the use justified the cost?
