[CALIBK12] Blocked When Signing up for iGoogle?

Hello Colleagues,

One of our English teachers was signing up her entire class for iGoogle accounts, so as to take advantage of the collaborative nature of Google Docs, etc. After signing up several of her students Google blocked her for signing up any more as protection against potential spam.
Have any of you encountered this and is there a solution?
