[CALIBK12] Library Usage

Hello, Stephanie,

I'm so glad that you initiated this question. I was planning to ask for some ideas and revisions to the one I designed last year. I created mine during the last school year using Apple's Pages program, exported it to PDF and then plugged the results into Apple's Numbers program. 

As I can't find the PDF at the moment, and I'm not sure this list accepts attachments, I've taken a JPG of the Numbers spreadsheet layout and posted that as an image online. We switched in mid-year to a block schedule. Because those periods are I essentially cut them in half and then added has marks at random during those blocks according to what my users appeared to be doing.
