Hi Darla,
Your administrator may be absorbing more than you think. If the
administrator doesn't go to sleep, you are home free. However, next year,
why not have the meeting in the library and have some concrete things to
display, not obviously, but things to catch the eye so that you could
demonstrate as well as talk about figures on paper.
That would allow you to have cookies and coffee, always a good addition to
any meeting.
