[CALIBK12] Cataloging Question re: Pendragon

Hello Calibers,
 
I received a copy of "Pendragon :  the guide to the Territories of Halla" and Follett has it cataloged under 823 M.  I looked in the Library of Congress and also the Kansas City Library and they both have it listed under Fiction.  Should I change it?
