Subject: [CALIBK12] Aeries - Book Fees

Hi,

 

Does anyone input fees into Aeries accounting system? Most importantly,
is there a way to print messages on the report cards re fees owed?

We input fees at the end of the year.  If the fee table is red flagged,
it shows up on report cards.

Okay--so it is actually the msg tab that turns it on with whatever
message you wish.  Ours has been set up forever.  If you have client
server set up, you may have to have someone with central control help.
Ours is msg A and it says something like--student has fines, please see
finance clerk.  And--as each fine is cleared, that must be cleared
also--there is a way to clear students without fines globally --and I am
told we do it right before we print report cards.  Hope this is helpful.
I did not know how little I know--it all just happens magically and boy
am i glad!
