Hi Nadine,
Don't Pop Your Cork on Mondays! by Adolph Moser is a great anti-stress book for kids. Dr. Moser also wrote, Don't Feed the Monster on Tuesdays!, which deals with children's self-esteem. Don't Despair on Thursdays!, is an excellent grief management book for young people. His other days of the week books deal with anger, truth, violence, and divorce survival. A great addition to any library shelf.

Here's a request I received from a fourth grade teacher. Does anyone have ideas?

Can you guys think of any good chapter books that focus on how people cope with being perfectionists? :-)

Or possibly any non-fiction that talks about how to relieve stress for kids?

Thank you!
