[CALIBK12] copyright question

I have a couple of copyright questions that I'm sure more than one of you can help me with. Our high school drama club is producing All in the Timing for their fall play. Would there be a copyright issue with using Dali's melting watch as our logo? It would be on posters, program  etc. What if it was rendered by a student as a facimile of it? Next question: Do students owe royalties to musicians if they act as djs at a dance with their own cds or music from ipod?
