Hello Everyone,
The CSLA conference is just around the corner.  Being on the planning
committee you get to see all the wonderful pieces and details fall into
place.  There is just so much work that goes into this conference and
every year it gets better and better.
With the budget looking bleak and the road looking bumpy for the next
year or two - you should really treat yourself to something fun - you
deserve it.  The conference makes you forget about all the district
problems and it will rejuvenate and bring brilliant ideas back to your
library.  If you haven't registered yet - please go to

library celebration.

p.s. If you are attending try to attend different workshops and get new
ideas.  I know on Saturday 10:45 - 11:45 - we have a session called
"What you Should Know About the Science Books in Your Library" presented
by a Science coordinator.  There are so many wonderful sessions to
choose from.
