[CALIBK12] Salary Averages of Techs

For salary ranges of Library Techs, I would suggest that you check with 
the California School Employees Assn. (CSEA).  Before I retired 3 years 
ago, I knew that they conducted annual salary surveys of various 
benchmark positions and Library Technicians were one of those surveyed.  
They  should have list that gives the starting and high end salaries of 
Library Technicians in all responding districts.
