[CALIBK12] Computer Lab Policy

I need to draft a Computer Lab Use policy for our school.  We were doing computer lab sign ups on the honor system, asking that no one sign up more than 3 weeks in advance or for more than 3 days, but there have been complaints of some teachers "hogging" the labs.  

Anyone have a policy already written out?  I'm also looking to include general rules as well.  I searched the internet and mostly found college library rules.  This is for my high school library.
