[CALIBK12] Computer Lab Policy

I had a similar problem last year and it initially got worse when I moved my
calendar from paper to wiki. Once teachers figured out how to sign
themselves up, one booked a week solid... then another teacher booked the
next 2 weeks after in response... and then a third teacher booked 3 days a
week each week for the full month following. That all happened within
hours. I had to wipe out all of the dates and put up a notice with a new
policy. The policy is still listed under Clinton MS Wiki.

Even with those problems, once everything got settled, the wiki turned out
to be a great help. Teachers can add themselves at their own convenience
and the LMC saw an increase in usage over the previous year. It also means
that when someone cancels, the spot can be filled quickly so that the LMC
and lab are often in use on a daily basis with no breaks. The lab policy
keeps things fair, while still putting me firmly in charge of the schedule.
It lets me set limits while still being magnanimous when I can :)
Hope that helps,
